Import

Paste from Excel

In Excel, select all rows including the header row → Ctrl+C → click in the box below → Ctrl+V → choose the worker → click Import.

• Include the header row — column order does not matter
• Accepted column names: CustomerDate, CustomerName, CustomerPaid, AdvancePay, PayTotal, PaidSkyDate, Notes, Paid, DatePaid, Amount Paid (or Amount_Paid). A column named Amount maps to Pay Total (not customer paid).
• Delimiters supported: tab, comma, or semicolon (auto-detected)
• You can paste with or without a header row
• Blank rows are skipped automatically
• Dates can be MM/DD/YYYY, YYYY-MM-DD, etc., or Excel numeric date serials (e.g. 44927)
• Pasted dates are overridden to the current week Sunday for payroll consistency
• UTF-8 BOM from exported CSV is stripped automatically
• Dollar signs and commas in number fields are stripped automatically
