Edit Ella follow-ups in CustomerDB (same database as the reminders web app). Open the public site when you are outside the shop network.
List, add, complete, and delete rows in the same reminders table the Flask app uses. Scheduler and Telegram keep working unchanged.
Use the public reminders site when you are not on the shop network. Set REMINDERS_PUBLIC_VIEW_URL if the link should point elsewhere.
